Public Meeting Notice for 183a Phase III Environmental Assessment From Hero Way to 1.1 Miles North of State Highway 29

On November 14, 2018, the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority), in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), will host a public meeting for the extension of 183A from Hero Way to 1.1 miles north of State Highway (SH) 29. The purpose of the meeting is to gather public input, discuss the purpose and need for mobility improvements due to population growth in the area, and to present information on the tentative project schedule and the Environmental Assessment (EA) process.

Comment forms will be available and accepted at the meeting, as well as by going to www.183A.com starting November 1, 2018. Written comments may also be mailed to Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority, Attn: Brittani Kaim, 3300 N. I-35 Frontage Road, Suite 300, Austin, TX 78705.

The Meeting will utilize an open house, come‐and‐go format that will allow members of the public to review the materials at their convenience and speak individually to Mobility Authority, TxDOT and consultant staff.

Persons who plan to attend the meeting and have special communication or accommodation needs are encouraged to call Brittani Kaim at (737) 703‐3863 at least five business days prior to the event to request assistance. Because the meeting will be conducted in English, any requests for language interpreters should also be made at least five days prior to the event. The Mobility Authority will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these needs.
